Songs For Congregation

Another session of worship session on the 6th February, ... Jennifer is leading and she came to me for some songs suggestions. What I have in mind is Don Moen's songs...

First song, I told her to start with Blessed Be The Name Of the Lord, followed by Celebrate, Jesus, Celebrate.............
Then I suggested singing the song sung by the Koreans recently, I Lift My Hands... followed by Hallelluia, Praise To The Lamb....

I hope these songs will be great not only for the congregation but for the glory of our Lord...

May The Lord continues to guide us in praise and worship!

Decision Maker

Thank God for His answers to my prayers... it is indeed wonderful to hear about testimonies being answered...I will relate it in my post in a few days time...

Meanwhile all praise and glory unto my Father, Son and The Holy Spirit, The Trinity...

Ever since he has passed on, I am "alone" in the sense that I have no one to discuss or make decisions for me. Long ago, I did not have to decide.... I gave views and decisions would be done by him. That was what I prefer.... till now, if I have a choice, I would rather not make any difficult decsions, if only there is someone else to shoulder.... but I know I have to be the one... at least for now, till my kids are adults and have families on their own, then perhaps it is time to hand over decision making to them... but then ... I always believe this.. we can plan.. but.. God decides....

Cell Meeting

Tonight cell group meeting again, this time I will not be leading in worship. All of a sudden, I have the yearning to worship and sing praises to my Lord... I will bring more song sheets so that everyone will have a good time of singing praises to our God Almighty.

Praise and Honor unto Him who is God Most High.....

The Secrets Beneath

The book I received not too long ago is the first fiction book I ordered from Booksneeze. The Secrets Beneath by Kathleen Fuller is suitable for younger generation and my son had finished reading it within a few days.

It is about a young girl, Bekah who has a suspicious mind of what's-going-on next door, her neighbour. Her curiousity landed her to search deeper into the suspicious especially when she saw a stranger sneaking into a deserted house next door and her curiosity arose further when her cousin, Amanda came to stay all of a sudden. No one told her anything, not even her parents and she was more determined to get into the mystery. Both Bekah and Amanda were not in good terms and tried to get out of each other's way.

Troubles began when Bekah tried to find out who the man was and why he was there, she almost landed herself in trouble trying to resolve the mystery. Finally all turned out well, no one was hurt, both Bekah and Amanda had found a new kind of friendship between one another.

A simple and entertaining book for the young teens and adults.

My Blog, My Rants

It has been some time since I last post up anything here... as the saying goes, we cannot serve two masters... one will surely be neglected and I can say this blog is.

I wonder how others can maintain a few blogs actively... if only there were 48 hours in one day then perhaps this blog will be in par with my caring blog. hahaha...

I need to find a suitable niche for this blog, as yet, it is full of stories, reviews and a mixture of this and that here...

Well, maybe I will put up this blog as a ranting one.. for me to speak out... for me to rant out my pleasures, my displeasures, my weakness, my fear.... yes, more or less a punching bag for me here!
