Who Do You Say I Am?

Jesus asked a question, "Who do you say that I am?" ... this is one question that everyone must answer for themselves. It challenges us to the roots of our discipleship. Other people's answers might help us in our reflections and shed some light on our own ultimate response. Perhaps that is why Jesus asked the disciples to define their faith in Him on a personal level rather than reply on what others had to say about Him. Jesus challenged them to base their definition of who He was on the reality of what they had seen, heard and experienced about Him.
